RESERVATIONS

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• We generally allow reservations up to 10 days prior to collection.

•  For clients who reside far outside Cape Town and who are not able to come in to source and return within a weekly timeframe: Annie's can assists clients via WhatsApp by presenting options for you to choose from, in your correct sizes. We send you pictures of items available and help you to build the perfect look and payment can be done by EFT.

• Annie's rent costumes all over the country & beyond so if you considered stressing - NO NEED - all you need to do is choose your items and arrange for the courier.

• We are always here to help make your life easier.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

HOW MUCH?

• Deposits start at R500 per costume.

• If you rent from the Film Rental side, deposits start at R750.

• Deposits are payable for all rentals and reservations.

• Deposits get refunded when your rental items are returned in the same condition (undamaged).

• Deposits are based on your final selection as a whole and not per item you choose.

• There are basics and also very valuable pieces in our collection - so if you have expensive taste, your deposit will be higher than the average amounts.

6 DAYS FOR THE PRICE OF I

• In order to give you as much time and freedom to enjoy your outfit, and to not have to stress, rushing around to collect & return on time, we offer a six day period for all rentals. A cleaning fee is already built into the rental cost so no need to wash - we do that for you!

• Standard Rentals: Pay for one day and keep your outfit for 6 days.

• If you wish to return earlier - you are welcome to do so.

• If you need your outfit for longer - no problem - we can assist you with a costing for a longer period.
